The Buyer submits a formal Letter of Intent specifying product, quantity, destination port, and payment terms.

2️⃣ Due Diligence & Verification

Ambrosin & Associates conducts a background check (KYC / AML) on both parties to ensure compliance and legitimacy.

3️⃣ Offer & FCO (Full Corporate Offer)

ALTW issues a detailed commercial offer outlining price, specifications, delivery terms, and procedures in accordance with international trading norms.

4️⃣ Contract Drafting & Legal Review

Ambrosin & Associates prepares and reviews the international contract under applicable laws (UAE / EU / Swiss jurisdiction), ensuring full legal enforceability.

5️⃣ Financial Instruments (SBLC / LC)

Buyer arranges the required financial guarantee through a top-tier bank (Standby Letter of Credit or Documentary Letter of Credit).

6️⃣ Inspection & Documentation

SGS or an equivalent inspection company verifies product quality and quantity prior to shipment.

7️⃣ Shipment & Delivery

Logistics are executed according to the agreed Incoterms (FOB / CIF). Original shipping documents are sent to the Buyer’s bank.

8️⃣ Completion & Legal Certification

Upon successful delivery and document verification, the transaction is closed and certified by Ambrosin & Associates for legal compliance.
